The Fondazione Ernesto Illy announces the signing of the new agreement regarding the institution and activation of the first level Master degree in Coffee Economics and Science Ernesto Illy. The signatory partners are: the University of Trieste, the University of Udine, Scuola Internazionale Superiore di Studi Avanzati di Trieste (SISSA), Area di Ricerca Scientifica e Tecnologica di Trieste (Area Science Park), illycaffè S.p.A and Fondazione Ernesto Illy. With the renewal of the agreement, the Fondazione continues to pursue the aim of developing and deepening the heritage of ideas, activities and insights that Ernesto Illy has left as a moral legacy.
