In pursuing the teachings of Ernesto Illy, who dedicated all his activities in cultivating and developing knowledge, ethics, sustainability and research, but also their diffusion, the Foundation promotes and organizes exhibitions, seminars, conferences, meetings – with the publication of related documents – or other type of initiatives and events so as to encourage contact among the Foundation, the national and international cultural systems and the public.
