Fondazione Ernesto Illy supported the organization of the 13^th edition of the International Summer School “Building local change strategies in Latin America and the Caribbean” organized by the OECD Trento Centre for Local Development and held in Trento from July 23^rd to 29^th, 2023.

The Summer School project, focused on the capacity building theme, targeted more than 30 decision makers, local development practitioners and academy researchers from Latin American countries, including Colombia, selected through a public call.

On July 28^th, the President of the Fondazione Ernesto Illy, Anna Illy and the Director, Furio Suggi Liverani, took part of the final roundtable of the initiative, a dialogue on the future of the local development opportunities in Latin America, where they had the opportunity to present the projects and the activities linked to the capacity building theme that the Fondazione conducts in the Latin American countries.
