On Monday, October 4th the Chair of the Fondazione Ernesto Illy participated in the event “Personal growth and long-lasting business development” ( Crescita personale e sviluppo duraturo d’impresa) organized by the Istituto per i Valori d’Impresa – ISVI, as part of its activities dedicated to the new generations promoting dialogues between young people and entrepreneurs to talk about the social and innovative role of companies.

She shared her professional experience in front of a young audience, in an inspiring dialogue with @daniela montemerlo. In all her roles, from head of procurement at illycaffè to chair of the foundation, establishing a good and equal relation with coffee growers has always been a priority, following the ethical approach promoted by Ernesto Illy.
