Ernesto Illy Colloquia kicks off in Trieste to examine coffee sustainability amid climate change
The first edition of the Ernesto Illy Colloquia kicks off today, September 27th 2022, an event organized by Fondazione Ernesto Illy and The World Academy of Sciences for the advancement of science in developing countries (UNESCO-TWAS) and dedicated to the sustainability of the entire coffee supply chain.
The three-days event will conclude on Thursday September 29th and will be held in presence at the Budinich Lecture Hall of the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) in Trieste where internationally renowned scientists, economists, young researchers, as well as sustainability and coffee experts will inspire science-based solutions for the future of coffee agriculture.
